MOISTURIZING SHAMPOO
A leave-in (or rinse-free conditioner) is a treatment applied after washing and conditioning, just before styling the hair, and it is not rinsed out with water. It acts as the final touch of hydration and protection to keep your hair disciplined and healthy all day long.
What does it do for your hair?
-
Continuous hydration and moisture retention: It seals moisture within the hair fiber and prevents hair from dehydrating over time or due to external factors like sun and wind.
-
Lasting detangling and manageability: It facilitates daily styling without tugging, keeping strands soft, loose, and easy to manage.
-
Powerful frizz control and softness: It smooths the cuticle and keeps frizz at bay, making hair look more polished, shiny, and with a silky texture.
-
Daily protection: Many leave-ins also act as a protective shield against daily friction, environmental pollution, and the use of heat tools (if the formula includes thermal protection).
How is it applied correctly?
-
Damp or towel-dried hair: Apply to clean, damp hair (removing excess water with a microfiber towel without rubbing) and preferably detangled.
-
Mid-lengths to ends: Place a small amount in the palm of your hands, distribute it, and apply it from the mid-lengths of the hair to the ends. Avoid touching the roots so that the hair doesn't lose volume or look heavy.
-
Appropriate amount: Less is more. Start with a small amount (coin-sized or a little more if your hair is very long or thick) to avoid saturating the strand.
-
Even distribution: You can run your fingers through your hair like a comb or use a soft brush to ensure the product covers the entire length evenly. And that's it, no rinsing required!
